Introduction
We are thrilled to announce the UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ of Chemistry- Statistical Mechanics and Thermodynamics Group's symposium, dedicated to the topic "Thermodynamic Tools for Sustainable Development". This event is scheduled for 7th February, 2025, from 10 AM to 6 PM, at Department of Chemical Engineering, Imperial College London. This workshop will explore innovative thermodynamic approaches relevant to carbon capture technologies, the pharmaceutical and environmental industry, and sustainable materials development.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in expert talks, student presentations, and interactive sessions, fostering in-depth discussions on how thermodynamic tools can be effectively applied to advance sustainable practices. This platform is designed for PhD candidates and early-career researchers eager to delve into the intersection of thermodynamics and sustainability in their work. Join us for a day of knowledge sharing and collaborative exploration!
