The use of traditional crop rotations, the sowing of red and white clover leys and the conservation of natural nutrients through manure and compost spreading are vital to an organic system. Learn how Yeo Valley have applied natural and organic principles to the farm, and how this translates into their organic dairy products. You'll be taken on a walk around the farm and find out why sustainability is so important. A delicious lunch in the wonderful restaurant overlooking the valley is included in this visit.
