This postgraduate symposium is for PhD and
postdoctoral researchers working in biological or
medicinal chemistry and related areas.
The symposium will be held in the Department of
Chemistry at the University of Cambridge on
Friday 14th December 2012. Individuals working in
these areas from any university are invited to
participate in this full day event.
The day will consist of 8 oral (student)
presentations plus talks from our keynote
speakers from industry and academia.
A free buffet will be provided during the
lunchtime poster session.
The UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ BMCS will award one prize of £250 for
the best oral presentation and a prize of £100
for the best poster. These will be presented at
the end of the day during the Wine Mixer.
If you are interested in presenting your relevant
PhD or postdoctoral work submit a half-page
abstract by 28/9/12 along with your registration
form.
Those selected by the BMCS committee to give
oral presentations will be notified by 26th
October. Travel expenses will be reimbursed to
speakers. This event is FREE but you must register
