The Schools Education Award was presented to a teacher or team who had demonstrated an exceptional ability to teach chemistry and inspire students at any pre-university level, either over a prolonged period of time or by making a large impact in a short period of time.
This award was discontinued in 2020, as part of a series of changes resulting from an independent review of the UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ of Chemistry's recognition programmes.
