UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Representative in Albania
Ergi Hoxha
PhD. C. Ergi Hoxha is the Assistant Lecturer of Chemistry at the Faculty of Medical Technical Sciences. She is part of the teaching staff at the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences and Imaging, at Western Balkans University in Albania.
She completed a Bachelor's study program in Chemistry, at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana. After that, she received a Master of Science in Chemistry focused on chemical subjects, research & education methodology. PhD. C. Ergi Hoxha is in the process of a Doctorate in Applied Chemistry, at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana focusing on the Development of carbon-based electrochemical nanosensors for determination of ß - blockers in the environment.
She is an Associate Member and Representative in Albania of the UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ of Chemistry, UK, and also an Affiliate Member of IUPAC, U.S.A. She has teaching experience in International Curriculum (A-Level). She has been involved in professional development, notably through Professional Learning Communities, and she has been an assistant with the International External Examination process. Ergi has been part of several national and international projects and conferences. Recently, she is a member of Quartz at NanoAlb in Albania.
