Barriers and Opportunities to Livestock Innovation: How can chemistry help to solve livestock industry challenges?

26 January 2022

Introduction
The livestock industry is facing a number of challenges, with respect to climate change and protecting the environment. In this webinar, we will take a look at some of the industry's challenges and highlight where chemistry could play a role in solving some of the issues. With a growing population, there is an increasing demand for food, and this coupled with mitigating climate change, means that the livestock industry has many barriers to overcome over the next decade. Chemistry and chemists have the potential to help solve these challenges, working together to provide solutions for a more sustainable future. We will bring together livestock and chemistry experts to discuss these challenges and possible solutions during this lunchtime webinar, co-hosted by the UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Agricultural Sector Group and the Knowledge Transfer Network.
