Introduction

This webinar session will include:

• A comprehensive overview of developments and the new settled status / pre settled status applications 鈥� eligibility criteria, rights associated with the status, the application process, family members. 
• Common questions / difficult issues relating to the new settled status / pre settled status 鈥� e.g. right of family members to join EU nationals in the UK in future; children born in the future; future absences from the UK; unknowns.      
• Brief overview of actions that members should consider now 鈥� e.g. collation of documents; managing absences; permanent residence; and citizenship. 

The session will include some time for questions. If you would like to submit a question in advance, please email ccfund@rsc.org or include it when registering. It will be time dependent on whether all of these will be able to be answered on the day.
