INEF 2017 (The International Network of Environmental Forensics annual conference)

10 - 12 July 2017, Beijing, China


Introduction
China has been chosen for this year’s meeting due to the booming environmental industry and environmental awareness. We are expecting 300+ delegates with many from China offering the opportunity to establish new collaborations and friendships.
Sessions themes will follow four main themes:
1) Contaminant source identification, correlation and remediation
2) Environmental liability - laws and regulation
3) Environmental damage assessment
4) Analytical techniques

Sessions will include case studies in different environmental matrices for a variety of contaminants including; oil, chlorinated solvents, persistent organic pollutants, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, heavy metals, emerging contaminants, biological  contaminants and many others. We welcome abstracts for all areas related to environmental forensics.

The 2017 conference will be held in partnership with the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences (CSES). The CSES was founded in 1978 and is the oldest and largest national organization for the cause of environmental protection. This highly regarded academic society is affiliated with the China Science and Technology Association and also subject to guidance of Ministry of Civil Affairs and Ministry of Environmental Protection for routine operations.
