The UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Chemical Biology and Bio-Organic Group would like to invite those involved in any aspect of chemical biology and bio-organic chemistry research to register for a one day meeting to be held on Thursday May 25th, 2017 at the University of Glasgow.
Postgraduate Speakers
Sean O’ Byrne (University of Glasgow)
‘Development of Novel Delivery Vehicles for Anti-Parasitic Drug Delivery’
Giacomo Padroni (University of Strathclyde)
‘Expanding the DNA Binding Repertoire of Hairpin Polyamides Containing Thiazole Units’
Georgina Girt (University of Leicester)
‘Design, Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activity of Lipopeptidomimetic Teixobactin Analogues’
Aisling Minard (University of Leeds)
‘Understanding the Mode-of-Action of TRPC4/5 Ion Channel Inhibitors’
Caitlin Mooney (Durham University)
‘Perfluoro-Heteroaromatic Applications in Peptide Conjugation and Modification’
Catrin Sohrabi (University of Southampton)
